The Concierge Listing Service: How It Works

What is the Concierge Service?
The Concierge Service is a Virtual Listing Assistant. You hold the inventory and ship the items, but we handle the tedious data entry, copywriting, and SEO optimization.
Instead of hiring a part-time employee, you can use our team whenever you need. You send us the raw photos and basic details; we write the description, format the listing, and publish it to your shop within 48 hours.
Pricing
We use a shared-risk model. You pay a small fee to cover our team's labor, and a commission only when you succeed.

How to Use the Service
Step 1: Top Up Your Wallet
We use a flexible Pay-As-You-Go system. Simply add funds to your Concierge Wallet in your Account.
Cost per listing: $3.00.
Minimum Top-Up: $3.00.
Quick Math:
Want to list 10 items? Add $30.00.
Want to list 50 items? Add $150.00.
Step 2: Snap & Submit
Go to the "Concierge Submission" tab in your seller dashboard. You will need to provide:
Photos: Clear, bright photos of the item (Front, Back, Tags, Flaws).
The Basics: Brand, Era (e.g., 1990s), and Condition.
Measurements & Weight: Pit-to-pit, length, or object dimensions, and weight.
Price: The price you want to list it for.
The Vibe: Choose the writing style you want for this item:
Professional: Just the facts. Clean and serious.
Friendly: Warm and inviting.
Sassy: Fun, witty, and full of personality.
Step 3: We Do the Work
Our team receives your submission. We will:
Edit and crop your photos for the best display.
Write a compelling, SEO-friendly title and description.
Fill in all the "boring" attributes (material, category, tags).
Publish the listing directly to your shop.
Step 4: You Ship
When the item sells, you will receive a notification just like a normal sale. You pack the item and ship it to the buyer.

Photo & Quality Guidelines
Because our team cannot physically inspect your item, we rely 100% on what you send us. To ensure your listing is accurate:
Show Everything: If there is a stain, hole, or scratch, you must photograph it and mention it in the notes.
No Blurry Photos: If a submission has unusable photos, we will reject the listing and ask you to resubmit.
Accuracy Policy: As the seller holding the item, you are responsible for the accuracy of the listing. If a buyer returns an item because it was "Not As Described" based on the photos/notes you provided, you are liable for the return.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I list the item on other sites (eBay, Poshmark)? Yes. You retain ownership of the item. However, if the item sells elsewhere, you must delete the listing from our marketplace immediately. Please note that the $3.00 Insertion Fee is non-refundable.
What happens if my item doesn't sell? Your listing stays active until it sells or you delete it. The $3.00 fee pays for the creation of the asset (the listing itself), which belongs to you forever.
Can I edit the listing after you post it? Absolutely. Once we publish it, it is your listing. You can change the price, add more photos, or tweak the description at any time.
